How can I shrink wrap a home made Christmas gift basket.?

I have a large gift basket made up but want to shrink wrap it so it will look more professional.

They make colored and clear wrap like celophane, you should be able to find some. Check your local dollar store. Anyway, use that, and then tie tons of ribbons around the top, and curl them. Create a bow or buy one, and make a tag. Will look great :)
