Please help me find the name of this novelty catalog?

i was looking through this catalog that had a "open your own oyster kit with an authentic pearl" in it. I thought it would be the greatest gift for my friend because it reminded me of a shop in Busch Gardens Europe. But i can't remember the name of the catalog! My twin was cleaning out the catalog basket and threw it away! All i remember is it came in the mail not to long ago and it had some kind of wooden mind puzzles or wooden toy things in the front and it was called odds and ends or this or that, i honestly cant remember, but it was _______ and ________ or _________ or __________. i cant remember if that is right or not, but it sticks in my mind, so im pretty sure its something like that. i wish i would have looked at the name because i have googled it and cant find anything. the only thing found was the lighter side and they dont have anything i am looking for. So if you have received this in your mail, can you please tell me the name of this catalog or if you receive novelty catalogs, please list a few names. Or any catalog or website that offers this item, please let me know. I remember it also had old looking coins banks in it. One was a chipmunk and one was a golfing bank if that helps any. But i need these for Christmas and i wanted to get them before they go out of stock. But they were around $8.50 for one. Please help me! thanks so much!

I would recommend Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo and any of Hayao Miyazaki's films if you're looking for cute romance. Oh, and 5 cm per second is pretty good too :]. Other than that, I'm pretty sure you've exhausted the list of (good) romantic, slice of life comedies out there. Maybe you should branch out to a different genre?

Recommend any romantic anime/manga?

haha so its summer and Ana needs more manga and anime!!!!!!!!!!! I'm into anime that has romance, action, fantacy,magic girl, drama, school life...well basically anything except all the blood and gory stuff (hm ok maybe some blood :D) so these are the Anime that i have watched (the ones that i remember basically) -Kaze no stigma (loved) -Chrono Crusade (liked it allot but the ending made me and y bro cry so much and were in a deep depression for almost a month ^^) -Card Captor Sakura (First anime 2 ever watch when i was little and i still love it) -Neo Angelique Abyss (eh...didn't finish it cus it went a little 2 slow for me) -Full Metal Panic! all 3 seasons (haha loved this also but was disappointed in the ending...are they 2ether?haha) -Mermaid Melody (very cute and i enjoyed it) also all seasons -Karin (Laughed so much dude!) -Special A and Ouran High School Host Club (mom had 2 drag me away from the comp cus i didn't stop laughing XD Oh damn i LOVED both of these) -Maid Sama (reading the manga and watching the anime still i AM IN LOVE WITH THIS!!) -Vampire Knight and Vampire Knight Guilty (loved it but was confused in the ending) -Devil May Cry (there was no romance in this but it was so interesting that i couldn't stop! Here are some great animes, I loved them all, and I think u will 2! Full Moon Gakuen Alice-the anime was so short, and I wanted to see more, so I read the manga after watching the anime, and it was a lot longer, and better. Tokyo Mew Mew-this was really good, I almost cried when it ended. Puchi Puuri Yuchi-this was like so good, I watched it in less than 6 hours cuz I was so into it. Shugo Chara-all time favorite anime! Shugo Chara Doki Shugo Chara Party-I found this season really boring compared to the other two seasons. Skip Beat-it was good Kirarin Revolution-loved this anime! Chibi Vampire-this one was pretty good, a little bit ecchi. Daa Daa Daa-its not really that romantic, but its really good, and it does have a little romance, and its funny. Suzuka-I kinda found this one a little too plotless, but its romantic and good. Fushigi Yuugi Magical Girl Nanoha Magical Girl Nanoha's As KamiKaze Kaitou Jeanne-This is like my second favorite!I litterally did cry when it ended Ultra Maniac Lucky Star Mamotte Lollipop-short and sweet, seriously sweet. Code Geass: Lelouch of The Rebellion Code Geass:Lelouch of The Rebellion R2 Kamichama Karin-I loved this, I haven't seen the second season yet, but I know its gonna rock! Boku To Kanojo No XXX Ai Ore you should read the manga of Ouran High Host Club, cuz its alot longer than the anime. Can you help me save two potted Impatiens? Help!?

I had an impatien plant for 2 years...it was a gift from one of my children for Mother's Day. Anyway, it lived in a hanging basket and was fine. I would give it a shot of liquid Miracle-gro about every three months. For both years, I repotted it in the early summer and put it outside for the warm months. It did wonderfully outdoors, blooming profusely. I was even able to root a second plant from a bit that broke off. The first year, I brought the plants back in, and the blooming stopped for the winter, but the plants were leafy and well. This year, when I brought them back in, they turned sickly and limp, the stems became wrinkled and mushy and sections began dying. I tried covering them with a clear plastic bag to protect from drafts, but they just looked worse. They're still alive, but almost all of the leaves have gone and the stems all have a pointed, dried end. Can I save my Mother's Day plant??

It sounds like too much water/moisture. Impatiens are quite hardy though - all is not lost. Pinch back all wrinkled, mushy parts to a healthy "joint" on the stem. Keep in a warm indirect/sunny place and be careful not to over water, over feed, etc. I don't think the plastic bag is necessary. Replant outside when it is warmer and then feed and water per usual. I have had impatiens wilt/mush-up and be tromped over and still come back the next year...they are more hardy than you think! Don't be impatient w/ your impatiens (sorry...couldn't resist ;)

Is my niece spoiled or just being a normal kid?

I am single and do not have any children of my own. I have a six year old nephew and a 7 year old niece who I love dearly. Since they were born, I usually was pretty good to them during the Christmas season by buying more gifts than I should. My nephew seems very appreciative, but it seems like my niece is becoming spoiled. My sister was telling my niece that this is going to be a hard year for Santa due to the economy. My niece told her that she did not care because I always buy her lots of gifts anyway. Most of the adults in my family thought it was funny and cute, but I found that comment very hurtful. Am I over-reacting? Shouldn't they teach her that she is not being grateful? In addition, I think my niece has made inappropriate comments on other holidays also. For example, during her birthday, she told her mom that it looks like she did not get that much. She got several larger more costly items items like a dvd and tv. During Easter, she told me, you just bought me two toys? I didn't give baskets because they get so many from other people and they have enought candy. Also, I really don't go all out for other occasions like I do on Christmas. It is hard financially to do that all year long. And, I don't know, I just choose to buy more at Christmas than other holidays. That should be my choice. I just was wondering if I could get some comments and feedback from actual parents to see if I am letting those comments bother me too much and if they would let their kids say things like that. I'm beginning to think I should just give her one toy and that is it. As she gets older, she is going to thing she can get anything she wants.

My daughters are 10 and 11 years old. . My brothers are both single and have no children, so they, like you, love to buy gifts for my girls at Christmas and other holidays. As a parent I look at it 2 ways, #1 Sometimes I feel like my kids get too much, and ARE spoiled. My girls always look forward to my brothers coming here for Christmas, they love their uncles very much and I'm sure they would even without the gifts. The gifts isn't what they remember at Christmas as much as the good times we have when the family gets together. Every year people ask them, "So what did you get for Christmas" and would you believe they have to think about it?? It's shamefull!! they simply get too much. #2 We have a 1800square foot house which is a good size compared to others where we live, but the kids clutter takes up too much room. they have too much stuff,and can't appreciate what they DO have. they get tired of things too quickly. Every year before Christmas we get a HUGE box from an appliance store and try to fill it with things that are in good shape that we no longer need/ want and donate it to the Salvation Army. they always feel good about this, and find they don't miss anything either. Because they always get so much at Christmas! Here's an idea, My parents did this one year when we were kids and I always remember it. We all had LOTS of gifts under the tree one year, (which was unusual for us as we didn't have a lot of money when we were growing up) the gifts had our name on it and were numbered. We had to open them in order. Which was fun all by itself (afterall, everybody likes to open gifts) each box was empty except for a note. A memory from the past or a "we love you because...." then the last present was our actual Christmas gift, Maybe you would like to try something like that? I would say buy her 1 gift at Christmas, and spend time with her. that's what she will remember most.

I would dig a big hole in your yard and carry a large wooden box and while looking around constantly bury it. Every once in a while in the middle of the night take a spotlight and make signals like towards a satellite. Then to really get to the watchful eyes in the van, turn your tv towards the outside window and keep putting adult movies. On a serious note I worked in a company near a TSA office. Often times there would be TSA agents in the elevator which is completely mirrored inside. There was one figity guy I use to play with all the time. I would move my hand quickly to run through my hair and he would jump. One day I had my back to him the whole time but staring at him with the mirror. He would try not to notice me. I miss that guy, he was fun.

I would like to make my brother and sister-in-law a homemade fun, possibly themed, gift basket for Christmas. They don't have any particular hobbies or activities they do, so I can't narrow it down like that. We got this as a wedding present and I absolutely LOVED it. A silver pail lined with two kitchen hand towels. Inside the pail there were spices, sauces, pickles, recipes, tongs, sea salt, fresh pepper, etc. All of it was for grilling out! It was the best ever. It also contained two homemade sauces from the giver. You could also incorporate nice steaks, potatoes, salad mix, etc. into the same kind of basket. I'm tellin' you...we loved this...if they like to grill out, of course!

Get her some nice smelling lotion, some powder to put in the bathtub when she takes a bath, a scrubbie (a thing made out of net), a bag of hershey's hugs and a bag of hershey's kisses. You should be able to get those things for $10 - $15 if you're careful, or even less at Dollar General or someplace like that. ((hugs)) to you!

Survey:- Which one of these services do you think you would want the most or is most in demand?

I have to narrow down the list of services that a business has to offer at least for the first year? So tell me which one of these services would you want to be available or which ones do you think there will be a great demand for??? 1. Wedding cakes or party cakes made out of whole cheeses and decorated beautifully? 2. Wine and champagne fountains for weddings and parties? 3 Chocolate fountains with an accompanying display of fruits, cakes etc. to be dipped? 4. Fruit and vegetable carvings and sculptures to awaken buffets at weddings and parties? 5. A photo guest book with a photographer to take instant photos at your event while your guest write their comments? 6. Wedding favors, gifts and accessories? 7. Gif baskets (fruit, cheese&wine, Cheese&meat, chocolate&candy etc)? 8. Corporate drop off catering (boxed breakfast, lunches and assorted platters)?

Something to give for a family in need?

My close friend's family is going through a really tough time...his mom is in the hospital with cancer and she is really not doing well. The family is sick of other peoples' food but my best friend and I feel like we should create a basket or arrangement of gifts to leave on their front porch anonymously. Does anyone have any ideas of things that the family would like/need in this tragic time in their lives? Please answer asap. Ps- there are 3 kids- 2 girls, 20 & 14 and a boy, 17. thanks.

I think you and your friend are so sweet to do this. It is too bad that they do not appreciate what others are doing for them though. I would just get a small basket, line it with a pretty napking, and put some of each of the members' favorite magazines in it along with some sort of a container filled with change, no pennies. These come in so handy when one has to spend a lot of time in a hospital, for the vending machines. God Bless you all.

GUYS_Suggestions please for a present for a man in his fifties for his birthday?

I have friend who will be working in another state on his birthday-living in a hotel for a few months--and he will be alone,,if he was here I would do the cake etc...I want to do a basket/package...not just a gift. he has a sweet tooth, likes spicy things but doesn't drink or smoke..is christian ,very funny ,retired military, a meat and potatoe, no nonsense kind of guy....think Red from the 70s show....Guys or anybody..what would you like to find in that package

Gifts for Cancer Patient?

A good friend of mine recently found out she has cancer and will have to undergo chemotherapy and radiation. She is part of a group of girls I associate with and we are thinking about getting a basket together for her filled with an assortment of goodies. I was thinking of a either a book or a gift card to a bookstore, fuzzy socks, a movie. I was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions to place in the basket. Are there any new items out there specifically for cancer patients undergoing radiation and chemo?

Do you give gifts on easter?

My bestfriend dates a man who has a child, young like 1 1/2- 2 yrs old. She asked me if she should get the son an easter gift... I said yea like an easter basket... she said no not candy maybe clothes... I responded... Well no then i dont think you should, its easter not christmas. no offense. was I wrong to say that? I'm just being honest with her thats how I feel, its like using Easter as an excuse to give gifts or receive gifts... isn't that ridiculous?

I'm with you. Easter is a time for renewal, so a new outfit is a good idea. A child that small should not have too much candy, if any. A modest toy would also be appropriate. Ideas for what to get my boyfriend for his birthday?

a little bit about him: he is into video games like san andreas but he barely plays them he sometimes watches movies mostly horror movies he is usually outside playing basket ball but i thiink he has a basketball already My gift idea was to get a white basket with tissue paper and have a happy birthday balloon on it with a teddy bear in it holding a picture of me and him at the beach in it but i told my friend to use it and her boyfriend is his cousin and they would notice especially since they live in the same building please help me i would really appreciate it!! is birthday is next week and i have to come up with somthing

one idea....take him to the beach. bring a blanket, fruit, dippable chocolate, a camara and bathing suites. Take a bunch of picture, not just of you and him, but you, then him, then the beach, everything. Make a colloge, or get one of those frames that has many slots and give that to him.....

Any Ideas everyone?!?

I need a last minute but GREAT gift for my "in-laws". they are absolutly excellent and do anything and everything for my boyfriend and our 2 girls and i. its so hard to figure out what they want b/c mom buys everything she needs, and doesnt and dad is the same way. they insist on getting nothing for xmas but come on.... i already have gotten a bunch of pictures of the girls taken to surprise them with...but totally drawing a blank. the best suggestion other than a sappy card, a gift card or fruit/meat basket will get you the points!! thanks and Merry Christmas or whatever you may celebrate! >WINKS<

give them some wine...a gift card to where they like to eat...do they have a particular hobbie...or is there something they want to do. pay for them a trip to a nice hotel for a day or two. you could also give them something that represents a memory you have of them...

After dealing 7 cards to each player, Alaina has 15 cards left over. Solve the equation 50 - 7p = 15 to find the # of players.
