What's a creative and fun gift for my best friends 21st?
For my birthday she made me a turning 21 basket that was equipped with a "puking bag", water bottle, aspirin, a birthday crown, fun shot glasses, a cute picture frame and other little cute things needed for being 21. I wanted to do something a little different but my creative juices cannot get going. If anyone has any suggestions that would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

She'll put the ones where someone was drunk off their a.s.s. etc...It's really creative and it's something she is guaranteed to cherish forever. She talked her Grandpa into writing his story of how he met and how he got engaged and then had her Grandma do the same. After they had both written, she invited all of her Grandparent family and friends to come to the book. (Inviting is easy on iMemoryBook, the system just send out emails for you) By the end she had like a 180 page book to give to her grandparents for their anniversary. Funny enough, they presented it on a cruise ship just like you. It was a huge hit. and the book was less than $60. I also did one of these for my grandparents. They cried when they got the book.

Prize idea for diaper raffle at baby shower?
My friend is having a diaper raffle at her shower, as well as being registered. She is scared she wont have enough diapers hence the registry and the diapers. Does anyone have a good prize idea for the raffle? She doesnt want to spend over the amount that diapers would cost in the first place, seeing that not everyone will participate. Is this giftbag a good idea as a corporate gift?
I thought Id do a bag instead of basket, On an eco bag, that they can reuse. With the logo of the company Gourmet goodies inside, maybe with the logo frosted onto the glass jars Nice scented candles, with the logo somehow put onto the candle (any ideas how?) There is this lady that use to do nice things for me when i was in high school. She likes to show me off to her friends and other kids because I went to college. She thinks it is because of her.Although, she complained when i didn't buy her a gift. She said she deserved a gift basket or something. Although, as soon as I bought her something from bath and body she didn't want it. She claimed that it was too expensive and couldn't afford it. I was hurt and humiliated.

What are some ideas of baskets I could put together for Christmas gifts?
I need about 5 different baskets & I want them all to have a different theme. For my best friend & her boyfriend, I was thinking a 'movie night' theme: a bottle of wine, a few buckets of popcorn, a few boxes of candy & a movie i know they both like. For my cousin & her husband, I was thinking of a 'breakfast' theme: putting homemade dry pancake mix in a jar & putting a tag on it that says what it is & 'Just Add Water' & doing the same thing for biscuits & gravy..all breakfast things. Does anyone have any other ideas? I need one for my Mom & Stepfather- they enjoy going to the beach, they have a small beach house, they like grilling food & cooking, going out to eat. I need one for my Aunt & Uncle- I'm not sure of a theme for they're although I do know that my uncle really likes Halloween & Mickey Mouse & my Aunt likes lighthouses & snow globes (i think lol) And I want to have two extra baskets on hand just in case I get an unexpected gift from someone. I am sending lots of gifts for hubby's bro's daughters 1st bday.Will it be expected that I send every year?

I have certainly given presents to non-relatives for those occasions and never given again. I think your strategy is wise to wait and see how they respond to your child's birth. What I would suggest is that even if they respond in kind that you start scaling back with your niece's 2nd birthday and then as she get older keep gradually scaling back. They should understand that with the birth of your child you have additional expenses. Plus once babies start coming it can be overwhelming how quickly families expand. Enjoy your niece and congratulations on your blessed event to come!
