I'm currently a sophmore in high school. In my freshman year I had a 3.7 GPA and I took 3 Pre-AP classes. For my sophmore year I'm taking Pre-AP English II, AP World History, Pre-AP Chemistry, Spanish II Pre-AP and Algebra II Pre-AP. My extracirriculars are Girl Scouts, where I'm currently working on my gold award which is a big community service project and is the highest award you can recieve in girl scouts, for that project I'm going to India a children's heart specialist hospital, where my uncle works and I'm going to start my own "Cheer Up" program for the children who are recovering from their surgery and help make their recovery as comfortable as possible by making them gift baskets, reading to them and entertaining them. Also, I'm part of club in school called Friends of Rachel, where we spread kindness throughout the school and help make new students feel comfortable. I'm also in an Indian Dance Group where we perform different dances twice a year. What else should I do?
--------------------
You are in great shape! Stay the course with the Girl Scouts, you have no idea how well it will be regarded in the future. You are obviously taking the hardest classes and have some great community service work. Maybe add in a sport? HS student government? Besides that, just knock out your SATs and AP tests and you should be well on your way. Good luck!

Should I invest my money and start a business?
Ok, I am 14. I understand I am quite young but, I really would like to start a business. Something where I could put my creative, and imaginative personality to good use. I was thinking of making holiday related decorations. Maybe for Christmas I could make gift baskets, Christmas tree decorations. And other related items. I also thought about making jars with dry ingredients for certain kinds of cookies. I am only 14 and I don't have a lot of money to start off with but how should I go about starting out? How should I sell the items and sort of advertise them. I was thinking over Ebay or Craigslist. Maybe sell them at a flea market or something. What would be some good ideas? and what other kinds of items would you be interested in buying? Also since I am only 14 how could I prove that I am responsible and that all of this is going to good use and is legit...I was thinking about having a percentage of my earnings go towards a charity or towards a local food pantry. Also any other information that may help me? Thanks.

Where can I get a free professional website?
I am wanting to have a professional website, I currently have my business on myspace, but I realize that is not a "professional" site...just did it because it is free and I could post some of the pictures of my gift baskets. My question is, where can I get a free website that will actually be good for my business? I have tried 741.com and a couple of others, and they just don't seem to have much to them. If anyone is using or has used a good site, let me know. I am not wanting to cough up the money right now to pay for a website, I just started the business and want to get my name out there first. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Question about proper etiquette for expressing sympathy to the family of deceased.?
Is sending flowers to the family appropriate? Gift baskets of food? Sympathy cards? I don't live anywhere near them, so I can't run over and put a wreath on the grave or give an Imam money to make prayers. What would be the polite and helpful thing to do? (The person who died is my daughter in law's dad.
--------------------
I think more than sympathy to the family, they would prefer your prayers for the deceased. Call one of the family members and speak to them, to ease their pain and send your salaam and dua's. If you don't want to call them then send them a card, maybe include a Quranic verse that will help them to understand and feel better about the death. Edit: Ease and hardship are the feathers that give strength to the wings of your faith, so that your heart and your innermost being can use them to fly to the door of your lord, Allah. "Truly in the heart there is a void that cannot be removed except with the company of Allah. And in it there is a sadness that cannot be removed except with the happiness of knowing Allah and being true to Him. And in it there is an emptiness that cannot be filled except with love for Him and by turning to Him and always remembering Him And if a person were given all of the world and what is in it, it would not fill this emptiness." - Ibn al-Qayyim al-Jawziyya Death is not the final end, but a gateway to a different kind of life If Allah brought you to it, he will bring you through it. Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day and does good, they have their reward with their Lord." Qur'an 2 ; 62 Their reward at their Lord is the gardens of Eden with flowing streams, wherein they abide forever. GOD is pleased with them, and they are pleased with Him. Such is the reward for those who reverence their Lord. [98:8]

Maid of Honor needs to raise money for bride at her shower!?
I am hosting a bridal shower for my dearest friend in May. Since the bride and groom already live together, they don't need anything. Their apartment is small and would prefer cash instead. I am trying to find ways to raise money at the bride's shower for their honeymoon or other expenses they may have. I thought of putting together gift baskets and holding an auction or raffling them off, but I am not sure how to go about doing it. I don't want it to turn out tacky or have people feel pressured to fork over a bunch of money. PLEASE HELP. I would appreciate any ideas or input relating to how I can raise a good chunk of money for the happy couple.
--------------------
That is highly improper. If the couple can't afford a honeymoon, etc then they need to find something within their means.

Fundraising for Relay for Life?
My team and I have to do some type of fundraiser on site at the Relay for Life event. So far on my own I have raised over $2500 but now I need to think of something to do as a team on the day of Relay. I need ideas that are easy. I know people tend to do something like gift baskets and they sell raffle tickets for them but that takes a lot of work. I am the team captain and a freshman in college. I go away to school so I am having to try to plan the team that is made up with family and friends back home while I am away. The team is in memory of my mom who passed away from breast cancer last May 2009. So if you have any ideas on a fun/creative fundraiser to do on site at the Relay for Life please let me know =)
--------------------
One good way to raise a few dollars - and help the environment... collect cans from peoples tents. At my local relay the team that does it just got their idea mentioned at a team captains meeting. Over the weekend all teams left their cans out the front of their tents :) Collect them on the trips round .

Pissed off at the cat-sitter... input?
I went out of town for about 3 weeks because my dad was killed in Afghanistan. Before leaving, a friend of mine asked if there were anything she could do. I asked her if she would be willing to stop by my apartment once a day to check on my two cats, feed them, make sure they have water, clean the litter box, etc., and of course I offered to financially compensate her for her time. She refused to take money, but agreed to let me pay for dinner a few times, and I sent her a couple of gift baskets from bath and body works while I was gone. I spoke to her via texting while I was gone, asking how things were going, checking to see if she needed anything, etc. She said everything was fine and that the cats were doing well. I come home, and immediately smell urine and feces. I look into the walk-in (tile) closet where the litter box is kept, and the ENTIRE floor is covered with excrement. The litter box wasn't particularly unkept. I'm only led to assume that at one point, she must have neglected the litter box so badly that the cats went outside of it...? Additionally, one of them apparently dropped a toy with a bell attachment into the fountain, which she never bothered to take out. There was rust in their drinking water. I'm not sure if that would have negative consequences. I'm extremely upset that I wasn't even alerted to the fact that I'd be coming home to what could probably be considered a health hazard. I have not said anything, and probably won't, but I am angry that I wasn't AT LEAST given a heads up about what I was coming home to. I am grateful for her generosity, but is that NORMAL to just ignore all of those things and tell me everything is fabulous?
--------------------
I'm very sorry to hear about your dad. You've got enough going on in your life to spend too much time fretting about this incident. I don't think I would say it is "normal" to tell you everything is fine when everything isn't fine. I wonder if your friend doesn't exactly have the same "standards" as you when it comes to pet care? That would definitely be a stretch, but not everyone understands what is "normal". The other thing might be that she knew she was doing a sub-par job, but was too embarrassed to tell you. I'm not making excuses for her, but just trying to think what might be driving her behavior. In any case, you've definitely learned that you can't leave your cats in her care in the future. I agree with not saying anything to her. After all, she was doing you a "favor". But, if she should bring up the subject, I think it would be appropriate to (nicely) point out that there were some thing that weren't up to your expectations. Or, you might just say something like "Gosh, the cats had never eliminated out of their box before. I can't believe how much poo was on the floor. They must have been really upset that I left them. I don't know how you were able to tolerate the smell.". That way, you give her the benefit of the doubt and give her the opportunity to provide an explanation, if there is one. I hope this helps, and again, sorry about your dad.

binged for 3days and gained 6lbs?
OMG i am freaking out.Im pretty slim,I have had an eating disorder.I was 7 stone and 9 lbs and a UK size 6-8. since sunday afternoon I have binged everyday and gone from 7stone 9lbs to 8 stone 2lbs. and i have gained 1 1/2 inches on my waist and hips. i feel so bloated and look pregnant im totally freaking out,i look huge but couldnt stop eating these last 3 days.I know what triggered it and i just went out of control eating everything We had an awful lot of chocolate gift baskets etc for christmas so Ive eaten a heck of a lot of chocolate crisps, bread etc Ive tried drinking lots of water because aparently it helps bt its making me feel even mmore bloated I dont even want to go out because even my face looks fuller! this cant seriously be real weight gain right? my anorexic thoughts are in overdrive right now and im seriously going off my head! someone please replky and if anyone who has had a similar situation could help i would be so grateful/ I was still very unhappy with my shape/body at 7stone 9lbs and it took me over a year to get back to that weight after getting down to a low 5 stone. to think ive gained all this weight and inches after 3days is making me feel awful
--------------------
Just take it easy and go back to eating a reasonable amount of food ... try to go for a 45 minute walk after dinner and try to get a couple extra hours of sleep to help your digestive system move all of that bulk through ... the bloatedness will go down once you have a normal amount of food in the "works" ... I get that way, too, but 2-3 days of eating better and getting extra exercise and more sleep tends to put me back right ... I would guess you could have gained maybe 1 lb of "real" weight ... the rest is extra water and extra food ... also, you should avoid dairy and egg for a bit, even in milk chocolate ... the casein in those can make a body bloat and retain excess fluids ... particularly around the waist ...

What age should girls know how to take care of their bodies?
I have 2 step daughters ages 7 and 9 (almost 10). Recently their father had to give them a hygiene talk because they went 5 days without a shower . They live with their mother full time and he gets them every other weekend and once during the week. He tries to tell his ex about the situation and she plays dumb. The girls are never showered when they come to stay and they can never remember the last time they took a shower. They are getting older now and their bodies are starting to change. I dont know what we can do to get them to realize that they need to shower atleast every other day if not every day. They dont even understand the importance of changeing their socks and underwear every day! This last time we had them they were wearing the same socks for 6 days and they were stinking up our house. We didn't realize that they were the same socks because they have identical socks at our house. We just figured they had stinky shoes and set them outside to get some air. What age do you think girls should know how to take care of their bodies and their own hygiene? I know that when i was 5 i would make my own bath and make sure i was clean and by the time i was their age i was showering every day without anyone telling me to ! I dont want them to be the stinky girls in their school. Dont you think they should know this stuff by now? Does anyone have any suggestions? I have already taken them to pick out soap and shampoo and smell good stuff and they use it when they come to our house. I have gotten them stuff to take home (little girly gift baskets). My husband and i have talked with them about how they need to take care of their bodies but it is like they cant grasp the importance of it all. Please help!

Make a list of the things your kids are expected to do everyday & hang it up. When they want to play video games, play with friends, watch TV, etc say "Is everything checked off your list?" After a while they will have the things they need to do memorized and will do them automatically. For example, I would have something like. Daily Goals 1. Clean room 2. Do Homework 3. Read for 15 minutes. 4. Take shower. Just tell them the things on the list must be done every day before any fun activities occur. Also remember that kids that age may have trouble turning on/adjusting the water to a comfortable temperature, my daughter is 8 and I still have to do that part for her.

Does anyone know of any holiday bazaars/craft fairs in Las Vegas, NV?
I am an Avon Sales Representative looking for some local schools, churches, or communities that are holding holiday bazaars, craft fairs, festivals, or any other type of vendor friendly event. I make gift baskets for almost every type of hobby a person enjoys or just takes interest to (i.e. cooking/baking, grilling/bar-b-qing, beauty/fashion, breast cancer awareness, children, etc.). If anyone knows of any please either give me the information on here or a web address I can find contact information about the event. Thank you to all that reply!

What do you think of this business idea?
I want to have a local "of the month" club. I was thinking of a couple of ideas; A kids craft club, where every month they get sent a different package with a theme, say Mexico...A Mexican type craft to do, extra craft pieces, flash cards to learn about different things, book suggestions from the library, and a few other things. With this I thought parents, grandparents would like it, to get the kids off the video games. A baking club, With different treat sent to your house every month An Adult craft kit club. And a couple more... I would keep it local. That way the cost would be cheaper. I would also sell different themed gift baskets, or too order baking goods, say someone wanted homemade cookies at Christmas time, but the didn't have time. They wouldn't have to be in my club, they could just order the cookies. I would advertise in the local paper, maybe bring stuff to the farmers market. Have cards at different shops around town, and put it on craigslist and kijiji. What do you think?
--------------------
I would sign up for the kids craft club! That's a really good idea!

How to go about doing this? Please answer!?
My mom and her mom are doing a lot of crafts and gift baskets and such and they want to sell them, but they are not sure how to go about doing this. Do you have any suggestions? They don't like want to go into an industry (lol). They'd like to know how to get started... so any suggestions for that? I know about the farmers market, but it's to late for us to sign up for that, and were not aware of many craft shows near us... So is there anything they can do? Do you know of any ways of finding craft shows? Thanks for your help!

On your local newspaper website, you should be able to do a search for craft fairs and crafters wanted. Make sure you go back to last year and see what fairs were held last year. You can call the organizers and ask if they will be holding it again this year. .

Is this any good?
A slight reworking, but still at a dead end. Any help with this would be much appreciated, thanks. The Many Places... A bustling parking lot, a white washed house, and a strip of stores. A neighborhood that looped 'round back, and a private road, often traveled. Ivory covered houses behind petal storms, sitting like faces behind veils against a backdrop of woods. A little girl, a red tricycle, and a blue dress, threadbare, yet loved. A little boy, and his group of friends, 10 speed bikes and mean faces- a challenge and a chase, a lost little girl, and a highway that would lead her to other places, to other homes and other townships and cities. To schools, boarding schools and finally other states. To downtown excursions, late night rituals, and first drunken tirades. Tales of sabotage at the hands of friends, and plotted escapes. To the trailer in a trailer park, the first home and a small spending spree. A fake diamond ring and plans for a wedding. To a broken union and baby's first kick, the birth, and a proud mother, a bewildered mother, behind a smile, booties and bonnets, and last minute plans. A trip back home, and another shot at family life, a second first home in a basement. Hung pictures, simmering stew, and seasoned sachets. A white wooden crib and a screaming tot, a screaming pot, screaming parents, and slamming doors. Slamming doors against mothers who leave their kids like gift baskets upon your lap, a diaper bag and its contents spilling across the floor; cased secrets spinning upon a shelf, and a shaking room against screaming, screaming , and accusations. And then tickets upon a night stand, a quickly scrawled letter, and a ragged suitcase, threadbare, yet loved. and a plan, a half hearted plan to get away. But not until years later, when ripples settle, and waters have since stilled, with a child half grown and plans of her own, on a random event. A requested stop along the way, a brief pause beneath a sycamore tree and an out of place bird upon a limb. A welcoming chirping chatter, like an old friend. A small parking lot, a small gray house, and a tiny little plaza. The same size it has always been.

If you are an artist, you can sell paintings on ebay. Do an ebay search for ACEO original. An ACEO is a 2.5 x 3.5" painting (the size of a baseball card). There are usually thousands of listings. I sell art on ebay - several sizes. It's fun and productive. You may have to get a parent to help you with an account and to help you manage it... you have to set up a paypal account and a verified address, so your parents would have to help with that. There are a lot of free websites online which give instructions for making all sorts of arts and crafts, so you can do Yahoo searches for whatever you're interested in... everything from beadwork, to card making, to instructions on how to draw and paint. One of my most favorite websites is one about making mini scrapbook albums. Here is the website http://www.making-mini-scrapbooks.com/ci - on the left-hand side you will see how to make many different types of mini albums. I hope it works out. Good luck.

This is from a 7th grader who has a BOY problem. Please help?
We started school and this boy (lets say his name is Joe) is new. I have the BIGGEST crush on him. he is basically perfect, REALLY SMART, sweet (he picks up everyones stuff when is falls in the hall etc.), SOOOOOO FUNNY!, and he is basically in "man-hood" (he is 12). he has a DEEP voice, is 5''6. I really wanna talk to him. So far what i said is: Joe- Thank You Me- *Nods Head* Joe- What is review game? Me- Its a game Mr.***** does to prepare for our test. Joe- My birthday is on [January 5] Me- So is mine- And I SUCK at PE when we play a game I get hit on the chest with the ball. Or I sing goofy (though I sing good) in front of him. And when I had an idea for out gift baskets nobody raised there hand and [Amy] the sl*t was saying hey and she pionted at me. and when he had a review game i was against [josh] and he's pretty dumb (and im #2 smartest i the class) and i said "i will so win" but when i lost [joaan] mimicked my voice saying "I will so win" then everyone started laughin, and when my teacher asked what art class i go to i said "Loretta at the Hill" and my teacher said "what hill?" and he started laughing So you see I have went from "dork" to "dorkier" I have told 5 girls and 1 boy (but that boy is NOT his friend, but he is mind so i am safe) Every lunch girls talk to him LIKE AT LEAST 8 8TH GRADE GIRLS SURROUND HIM! He is not really cute, so I dont know why they like him (but you know why I like him). they just like him for is appereance, I like him so much more than that. I need help from being stranger to good friends. But you see he always looks at me in class (probably because hes checking if im looking at him AGAIN!) and today when the teacher said I was to be be an officer he cheered for me. Okay I am NOT allowed to: have him as my boyfriend call him text him touch him (and i am glad about that rule!) you know the basic "girl- boy rule" I just wanna know how to talk to him, and be kinda (not too much) flirty. But the problem is when I flirt i have this big guily feeling and i spill it out to my parents (and my parents have gotten mad at me becuase of a recent boy i texted). Maybe you can give me advice on those kind of stuff. and by the way, the school is having a carnival next month and i wanna know if i can do something there BUT I CANT RIDE ANYTHING WITH HIM (my life sucks). So.... Any tips? what to wear? how to act? I cant let my mom know i have a crush cuz last time i let her know she made fun of me and would give me pregnancy lecture (IM OLD ENOUGH TO KNOW MY LIMIT WITH A BOY GOSH!) and she would always sneak up if i talk to him and stuff. So if you can give me advice you would be my hero!!. This Is from the 7th Grader with a BOY problem. Thanks!

Okay, First off girl, you're so young!! Enjoy life, have fun while you can. i wish i did!! I crushed over the same guy my whole middle school years, and I wish i would have said something to him now. I'm Out of High school and moved states already, So I won't have a chance to get those years back. Enjoy life right now! You don't have to worry about a lot, so stop stressing about boys, Girl! I'll give you my opinions about the problem though. I think that you should just be yourself, that's how you'll know the guy likes you for you. Even if you just want him as a friend, It's better to act yourself no matter what. Take your smarts and use 'em girl! I went all through elementary, middle and High school with a reading and math problem. I got made fun of for being dumb. Girl, Be proud of your brains!! As for the carnival, Just go and have fun. Take a friend with you so you can ride some rides with her, Wear something casual. nothing to dressy, nothing too lazy either! Like say, (depending on the weather) wear shorts or Capri's, and a cute shirt! Act like yourself. Don't be someone who your not. Specially at your age! If you're scared to tell your mom, then don't say anything. at least not right now! Your mother shouldn't make fun of you for having a crush anyhow. You should sit down and talk to her about how she makes you feel when she acts like that. Just let her know you are growing up and you are responsible with your Acton's. that you would like to have boys as Friends, but nothing like dating. So you can be able to text and talk to them, but nothing further! I really hope this has helped. good Luck Girl! Just talk to him, be yourself, and enjoy life! I hope i have helped you.

i know this sounds weird but i think i have the gift of empathy?
it means you can feel others pain. how could i use this to help people. i know to most of you i must sound like a basket case but put yourself in my shoes how would you use this gift to help people?

then you're confusing the term, empathy is when you do not connect your self with the emotions or feelings per se,meaning that what you are actually feeling is sympathy ,

Recycling questions. Please help. Thanks!?
OK, I asked this question a little while ago: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?
but I think maybe I wasn't clear enough. I would love to help "save the planet" and all that hoopla - that's great too - but I'm really just broke and cheap. I was wondering, will the recycling people take ALL of my plastics, cardboard, glass, tin/metal, and (dry) paper if I separate it for them? And how do I separate it since they only provide me one container. I usually put all my newspaper/magazines/paper inside a paper bag and put that in the recycling bin and leave the big items separate. If I separate the different materials will I have a better chance of them taking it all or will I have to bring it directly to my towns recycling center? Just to be clear... I'm talking about EVERYTHING, from dry paper plates, to the packaging from foods, to those little teeny jelly jars you get in stupid gift baskets at Christmas. Will they take it all? Oh, and where would q-tips go? Also, what happens when your town decides they are going to do that type of recycling where you don't separate anything; you are just supposed to put it all in one container they provide to you and sit it out on the curb. Do they allow you to put everything in there or are there restrictions on the types of items? Thanks so much in advance!

The answer will vary depending on which services you have in your area. In general, #1 and #2 plastics are commonly accepted, the higher the number the lower the chance of finding a center that will take it. Glass is also hit and miss. Most common papers are newspaper and cardboard with office type paper hit and miss. Most metals are easy to recycle as well. Everything else good luck. Go to www.earth911.com type in your zip code, what you want to recycle and you will get a list of recycle centers in your area. A few things that can't be recycled. Hybrids those are often snack food packaging, they combine 2 or more materials, paper, plastic and metal. Most paper and cardboard that is soiled with food, so pizza boxes are rarely accepted, but you can compost it. Most plastic sheeting, or wrap. It is impossible to tell what type of plastic it is, so there is no value. Anything with human waste won't be accepted either. Q-tips are not recyclable, they are paper and cotton or polyester and they would fall under the human waste category. If you have curbside recycling then the waste management company will give you a list of what they accept. There are a variety of ways the companies sort it, so if you put unwanted materials into the bin, they may pick them out and leave them, or dump the entire truckload into the landfill, because it is contaminated. My city sorts all waste a the transfer station and pulls recyclable materials from the waste stream. The next county over has curbside recycling and you can get a warning then a fine if they spot check your bin and you are putting unwanted materials into it. They also reward you if they spot check and you have a perfect bin.

How is this poem?
It is an idea, I quickly jotted down. Do you think I can go anywhere with it? The Many Places... A bustling parking lot, a white washed house, Standing like a monument of protest against a strip of stores. To a broken union and baby's first kick, the birth, and a proud mother, a bewildered mother, behind a smile, booties and a bonnet, and last minute plans. A trip back home, and another shot at family life, a second first home in a basement. Hung pictures, simmering stew, and seasoned sachets. A white wooden crib and a screaming tot, a screaming pot, screaming parents, and slamming doors. Slamming doors against mothers who drop their kids like gift baskets upon your lap, a diaper bag and its contents spilling across the floor; cased secrets spinning upon a shelf, and a shaking room against screaming, screaming , and accusations. A small paved lot, a small gray house, and newly owned shops. The same size it has always been.

This is lovely. The fifth stanza really ties it all together. For a longer piece, it is so easy to read and follow. You are my favorite new Yahooligan. It was Elaine that made me read your work. TD

Where can I buy canning jars in Olympia, Washington?
I have been hither and yon looking for canning jars to no avail. I need half-pint jelly jars to finish my yearly jelly gift baskets. Does anyone know where I can find some? I need 3-4 dozen. Ordering online is not an option because I have berries that need to be canned within the next 2 days. I just moved here from Portland. I used to get them at Bi-Mart or off of Craigslist, but there are no Bi-Marts here, and there aren't any available on craigstlist. Here are the places I have tried, with no luck: Walgreens Rite-Aid Wal-Mart Target Fred Meyers Safeway Albertson's True Value Hardware Ace Hardware Grocery Outlet Olympia Food Co-Op (they had jars but not enough of the right size)

I find it really hard to believe that you can't get them at Walmart. Every one I've ever been to has them. If that's indeed the case, then contact the Ball & Kerr companies below and find our where you can purchase jars in your area.

Why do people give candy and gifts for Easter? Why Easter eggs and bunny?
I know that the eggs from hares were thought to be the 'seed of life' but why do we hide eggs? I was told it was because Jesus told them to 'hide the eggs'. Is this true? Why do people give children baskets full of candy? What does this have to do with Easter?
--------------------
It's an old German custom brought to the USA by immigrants. They have the Easter Hare (not a rabbit) - more like a jack rabbit. The European hare doesn't burrow like a rabbit but lives in the open. It makes a sort of nest on the ground to raise its young. These forms look a bit like a bird's nest so a country myth, or joke or tease, started that hares lay eggs - you could tease children or city folk by sending them out to search for hare's eggs.. So it's not religious, though lots of people have made up stories about how it came into being, none of any historical value. The eggs are connected to Christianity, or Judaism. Jews use eggs for their Passover meal and Passover is at the root of Easter. Christians used to give up eating eggs for Lent, the 6 weeks before Easter so they became a special Easter food.

I NEED GIFT IDEAS FOR BOYFRIENDS NON-DRINKING 21st BIRTHDAY?
My boyfriend is turning 21, and he doesn't drink at all. So, no alcohol (too bad, that'd make it so much easier!). I've already done the cute box with 365 reasons why I love him in it. I've already given him picture frames with our pictures in it. I've already made him a blanket. We've been together for almost 3 years now. I'm not opposed to doing the homemade gift ideas again, but I want to do more than just that. It's his 21st. Kind of a bigger deal than other birthdays. I thought of getting together a basket full of 21 different things, however, that's harder than it sounds. He's really into running and cross country, but I wouldn't know what he needed for that. He's pretty picky when it comes to that kind of stuff. I can pick out clothes for him, however, I've given him clothes before, not that I couldn't again... but, been there done that. He loves music, but he has every CD and song on his ipod he could want. He's not THAT into sports such as football, hockey, etc., so I'd like to stay clear of that area. I've thought of getting him a shirt or whatever, some boxers, a homemade gift, something kinky, making him a cake, or cookies. I want something creative, something that'll really make him say WOW. He always spends money on me, not that that matters. Just because its more expensive, doesn't make it more special. But, I don't want to be cheap either. I wouldn't say money is an issue for his gift(s) either, but I'd like to stick with reasonable prices. Any help and ideas would be GREATLY APPRECIATED! Thank you so so much.
