I need help coming up with a good valentine's day gift! please help!?
I'm not very good at coming up with good gifts for guys and to make matters worse, i had christmas to do, then his birthday , and now valentine's day! all in 3 months. so I want it to be special. For christmas i just bought him a shirt and hat. and for his birthday i filled up a jar with 100 hershey kisses and on each one was a reason i loved him. creative huh?! i thought so. So now i really want this one to be good! i want it to be creative and sweet but not dorky. I was thinking of a basket type gift with little things that just remind me of him and/or just cute sweet things... please help!

I hate to rain on your parade, but he doesn't care about any of that stuff. All he cares about is sex and food. Give him what he wants. Then it will be special because hardly any woman knows what the hell a man wants. They just want sex and food. Got it?

Closing escrow, what should we, the buyers, get our realtor as a thank you present?
Hi! We're a young couple (Early twenties), and we we're really grateful for finding the agent we found! She has taken such good care of us and we want to show our gratitude! We're thinking, maybe making her a gift basket, adding gift cards, and little things, but we're not sure. We were just hoping some of you guys would have some awesome ideas for us!!! Thank you for your help in advanced!

The most valuable - and most appreciated - thing you can give an excellent realtor is a letter of reference/recommendation with your permission to use the letter and you as a recommendation for future prospective clients. Write a nice letter of appreciation, print it on your personal letterhead (you can design a personal letterhead on your 'puter) on good quality business paper (you can get good paper at Staples, etc), such as ivory paper with a laid finish. At the end of your letter state that "You have our permission to use this testimonial or have prospective clients call us for a reference." A well-written letter detailing what this person did for you & how much you appreciate it is worth tens of thousands of dollars in future income to the realtor. It may also help another young couple find a good realtor who helps make their dreams come true, too.

Gift for a male teacher?
I was in this guys class as a guest for a whole year, he really helped me out a lot, but never got paid for teaching me. I am leaving and I want to thank him, I am writing a long thank you letter and and I want to get him like a present. I was thinking like a gift basket but I don't know what kind. Any idea for a general gift??? He is a music conductor...??
--------------------
That is very thoughtful of you. Depending on how much you intend to spend you could buy him a CD in his favorite music style, sheet music to a favorite song, tickets to a concert, a new book on music or conducting, a first edition book on music or about a composer he likes, a gift certificate to a favorite music store, music-oriented cuff links or tie-tack or pocket square or tie (depending on what he wears), etc. If you have absolutely no idea what he wants, you could always get him a gift certificate to Amazon. They have a lot of music-oriented things there. You could even print a page of something that you were thinking of getting, include it with the gift card, and say that you had planned to get that but weren't sure if he already had it. That way, you show that you were thinking of a particular gift but you still give him some choice in the matter. Good luck!

Where can I buy products online that are names brands in Europe?
My friend was going to Europe recently and ended up not being able to go. She was so excited wanting to try out brands common there ie: soaps, lotions, snack food etc. Just brands that we don't use here. For Christmas I want to make her a little gift basket full of common brand items from Europe. Any ideas of where I can buy brand name Europian items online?

Where can I go to have someone else wrap my Christmas presents?
I just dont have the time or the patience this year to wrap them myself. I have a lot of little things that I wanted to have arranged in a gift basket, and I want it to look nice. Where can I go to have someone wrap them for me? Do any department stores offer that, or hallmark maybe? Does it matter if its from that store or not?
--------------------
You could use tiny gift bags -- they come in all sizes -- and a piece of tissue. Or you could use a little squares of paper and wrap your gifts like pieces of hard candy -- tie ribbons on the ends.

I recently had a baby and i'm looking for good moneymaking ideas that i can do from home on my computer or locally. I prefer making and selling things such as gift baskets and crafts, but I need some ideas and marketing ideas. Ebay is a definite option, but would purchasing my own website and advertising work better? What to put in Gift Pack?
It is my Mums birthday and I wanted to make a gift pack/basket with all little things in it. I thought i would buy things like hankerchiefs, facemasks, lipgloss, etc Any other ideas of what else i could include??

A high quality hand lotion is something every woman will use until the bottle runs dry. Also, if you can find a hand made soap that has a lovely smell and texture that would be probably be really appreciated because it is not something your Mom would pick up while normally shopping.

What should I buy for someone who's recently had jaw surgery?
My friend had to get jaw surgery on Tuesday and I wanted to make a little gift basket for him; drinks, jello or something. What would be the best things to buy for him?
--------------------
a tub of ice cream, or a gift card to a smoothie or shakes place, cause those are foods that i enjoyed eating after having my wisdom teeth pulled, and also cheetos puffs, cause they basically dissolve in your mouth if you wait long enough, and the jello is good too, and macaroni and cheese is soft and perfect, because you dont even have to chew that much

Birthday gift basket best friend guy?
He loves cars and working out and he is going away for school in september.

You could get car care items. Some air freshners, sponges, shamies, cleaners, polishes. Zymol is a great brand for these kinds of items. You could also include some emergency stuff like tire pressure gauge, jumper cables, first aid kit. And a fun key chain.

Struggling with making a bow out of wire ribbon?
I am making gift baskets for the holidays and I'm in the final stages of the process. The baskets that I am using have side swing handles which has made it a bit more difficult to shrink wrap. I am also using some gold wire ribbon that is fairly wide to make bows for the basket handles. After watching countless tutorials my bows STILL keep turning out like a kid trying to tie their shoelace. What am I doing wrong? Have ANY suggestions? Please help!!!
--------------------
take the end of your ribbon and wrap it over your index finger, this should make a loop or circle. now holding the ribbon between your thumb and index finger (still wrapped) twist the ribbon and make a loop. You will continue this pattern until you have the number of loops that you want. You will then need to slip your wire through the very first loop that you made and making sure all of the other loops are also included, twist to hold. finish :) If this does not work for you, you can make small-large loops (the size will depend on the size of bow you would like to have) like and accordion tie the ribbon in the middle and fluff out.

What is a nice thing to do for injured soldiers @ Christmas?
Is there a place like Walter Reed Hospital or another care facility that will take gift baskets and cards for the soldiers?
--------------------
What a wonderful Idea! Bless you for thinking of it. I googled walter Reed and they can not longer accept gifts to wounded soilders. However you could look into a local veteran's hospital and contact them. They maybe able to have you or your group give gifts to theveteran's in their care. I know that other than personal hygiene products alot of the veterans appreciate gifts like lap blankets, books, games and phone cards or videos. Some of these veterans even have children and are not able to give them gifts (it can be depressing) offer to have each veteran make a list of one gift per child they would like to give to their children (set a price of $10-$20) or give them stockings filled with small items to give to thier children. Beleive me it will make their day to be able to give their own children something for christmas. Good Luck, and again, Bless you. If more people thought as you do, what a wonderful world we would have.

Does anyone know of any good stocking stuffer craft websites?
I am looking for websites for crafty stocking stuffers or for gift baskets. I have done all of my Christmas shopping but now I need some cute stocking stuffers. I will also be adding candies, trinkets, etc. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

"Christmas Stocking Stuffers Christmas Stocking Stuffers On A Budget As a child and an adult, I've always loved Christmas stockings. Many parents use them to keep children occupied until Christmas breakfast is over. Then, the big gifts are unwrapped. This gives relatives time to arrive to see the kids open their gifts! But, surprise! Adults love them, too, and sometimes we don't give adults the pleasure of a Christmas stocking. Here are some ideas for Christmas stocking stuffers on a budget. Stocking Stuffers On A Budget For Children Think of your child's interests and hobbies, and take into account his/her age. Snacks (popcorn balls, brownies), candy, party favors, love notes, promise notes (a trip to the park, an ice cream cone), felt pens, crayons, coloring books, small games, baseball cards, marbles, gum, magazines, jump rope, jacks, cars, balls, stamps and ink pad, water colors, and small toys make great stocking stuffers. Also consider items they need that you have to buy anyway for stocking stuffers, such as: funny vitamins, barrettes, nail clippers, toothbrush and small tube of toothpaste, comb, hair brush, samples of cosmetics or toiletries, pens, pencils, erasers, pencil sharpener, small pad of paper, cute socks, gloves, or a cap. Items from a thrift store or yard sale are great for small budgets, including: small stuffies (most can be washed in a washer), books, or toys. Stocking Stuffers On A Budget For Adults Toiletries are welcomed by adults, for example: razor blades or disposable razors, samples of deodorant or perfume, body powder, nail clippers, toothbrush, floss, mouthwash, breath fresheners, makeup, comb, eyeglass cleaners, small hair spray, hair gel, nail file, nail polish, vitamins, or pretty soaps. Useful items are also appreciated stocking stuffers such as: batteries, a key ring, shoe laces, a tape measure, pens, a small pad paper, a car air freshener, Post-Its, seeds to plant, a hose nozzle, needles, thread, paint brushes, a chamois, homemade crafts (a towel that hangs), a mouse pad, scissors, a pancake turner, corn on the cob holders, a whisk, an egg slicer, a timer, or toll booth change. Fun stocking stuffers on a budget include: nuts, snacks, candy, swizzle sticks, coffee, a love note, a gift note (wash the car for someone), a magazine, a gossip rag, mints, gum, a note leading to a container of fire starters (pine cones or twigs), a homemade tree ornament, small gift certificates, a CD or audio tape. Top off the stockings with a large candy cane or a giant, Hershey's kiss, and bright, curly ribbon. Your Christmas stocking stuffers on a budget will bring your loved ones joy and pleasure on Christmas Day!" http://www.my-christmas-stockings.com/ch

What do i put in my best guy friend's gift basket?
This is for his birthday. He's my best bestie ever and he's turning 16 so i want this gift to be special. But i didn't kno what to get him! so now i'm getting him a gift basket and bringing it to school monday. but now idk what to put in the basket! He loves basketball and music is his life and loves chocolate but thats all i got. Can anyone give me any ideas what to put in the basket? And i'm gonna be workin on this all weekend because it needs 2 be done by monday:) -thanks so much!

Ignore that answer that that person above or below me wrote, that's ridiculous and immature. You can put some deodorant, and things a guy would need, you can put candy and other sweets in there, and put some polo shirts or something nice looking in there as well. And include some things that he would like, ask him what he likes, and try to include that in your basket if it fits into your budget. Let me know how it goes.

Ideas for a gift basket for a knee surgery?
When I make my baskets for people in the hospital I usually like to stuff it with things that relate to the surgery. Example, my one friend had her wisdom teeth removed one of the things I put into it was jaw breakers. (I know very cruel, but funny) . My other friend was seeing double, so I stuffed it with all "double" themed merchandise like double stuffed oreos, double toothbrushes, double mint gum. Any ideas for a knee replacement? My family knows me as a kind-hearted, fun person.

I like the bath pillow idea too but make sure it is terry cloth on one side not just plastic. You could also add in a cd with some easy listening type music. Something soothing, relaxing or sexy. Take your pick. Which leads me to say, add some massage oil into it too.
