My best friend is going on a life changing trip and i want to make her a bon voyage gift basket and i need ideas! Help! She is going to New Mexico so ideas like sun tan lotion etc! Thanks!

Journal, photos of people from back home, calling cards, Tums (for the spicy food), lotion and chap-stick (for the dry weather), sunscreen, magazines or other stuff to do during the drive/flight there. Instead of a basket, you could put all the stuff in a travel bag/tote that she could use in New Mexico.
