Food gift basket for boyfriend?

My boyfriend is going on a trip with his dad to mexico next month,and he wont be back till sunday he saids he's going to bring something back for me, and I want to make a food gift basket for him to take with him, any ideas, of what I can make.Thanks, or what I can put in there that doesnt cost that much

Food basket might not be a good idea.Don't think some stuff can go across the border.He might not be too happy if he gets stopped and hasseled.Better to make a package with non food items like a card(I miss you)a disposable camara,a phone card for use from Mexico,stuff like that.
