Like a gift basket or tinket/
--------------------
I like the gift basket idea. Most bridal shower gifts go off the registry so maybe to make it practical and personal include something from there and make it a theme. For example, if the registered for camping equipment, include one or some of the smaller items then like smores stuff, sunscreen, bug spray, other camping items. If she likes to bake and registered for bakewear get her the bakeware, maybe some either home made or boxed recipes and place them in their with other baking supplies, et. (sugestion, if you are using "boxed mix" place it in a nice jar, if possible seal it, make some neat little labels on your computer and dress it up with ribbon and the directions included. Or if you have some recipe suggestions you can make your own mix and include directions. If she registered for a coffee maker, you can get that and maybe some gourmet coffees and teas and such in a basket. (Or make it a joint gift, have someone else get the coffee maker and you do the gourmet coffee thing.) The garden suggestion was also cool, just make sure she is going to have her own house if you are giving her things to start a garden as most rented places do not allow for it. If you want to make your gift practical AND memorable, get her something practical from her list and just dress it up with additional things, which is why I suggested something off the registry since she knows what she wants better than anyone. Another suggestion, if she is NOT having a wishing well you can get her a bunch of practical kitchen items she will need like can openers, spatulas, potholders et. et. et. and make a little basket out of that. Those things are very helpful, I got them all from my wishing well but they were nice to recieve as gifts. I hope that helps, just a suggestion, steer away from trinkets as sadly they get trashed or go unused most of the time. I got literally over 70 picture frames and candle holders and there were only so many I could use in my house, the rest are in storage. Hope this helps, happy hunting.
