i looked all over the internet and can not find out what is in those or how to make them. I am making a homemade spa gift basket for my friend. thanks for the help. - vi

Try a craft store, if you want to buy the directions, the library if you just want to try out a few formulas. Try the craft section in the library but also investigate any book with the word "Formulary" in the title.
