so, its my friends birthday coming up and me and another friend want to surprise her with a big basket with a bunch of gifts we each have a budget, i cant tell you how much, sorry but we dont want to get her a bunch of expensive things because of the way the economy is right now /: so can you guys make a big list of a bunch of things we can get her that are cheap, but not stupid and crappy? thanks <3

Instead of one big basket, maybe consider a couple smaller ones that each have a theme, you guys could do one with a movie night theme and get a good older movie out of the 5$ bins or whatever at walmart, some popcorn, her fav chocolate and some comfy slippers and anything else you can imagine. Another basket might be shower stuff/make-up..do you know her favorite brands? Like shampoo, conditioner, mascara, lip gloss, eye liner, eye shadow..that'd be great but even if you don't maybe get her your favorites, it's always fun to try out new ones that you know will at least be decent! Another theme idea might something she really loves like for example if she's in to scrapbooking...some stickers and paper and stuff might be good. Once the basket(s) is/are done just wrap them up in cellophane and tie some curly ribbon on. If your budget is really tight then hit up the dollar store, you'll be amazed at some of the neat stuff you can find there that doesn't look cheap!
