I recently began dating a man and he purchased his first home yesterday and would love to make him an housewarming gift basket. Any ideas on what things to buy for a man in a new home?

Dewalt Power tool set ( lithium)... Tools... joint compound ( just in case it's needed).. Painters tape ( if not brand new house especially)... putty knife... just depends on a lot of factors.. including if brand new house or not)
