I've already gotten her quite a few things, and I have a couple ideas for a last gift but I'm not sure if I should get her anything else (I don't want to get too much, if that's possible! lol), or which idea I should use. Here is what I've already gotten: A swing A robe (for the baby) Diaper rash cream Disposable spoons Heat sensitive spoons A teething feeder Gas drops Bowls Nighttime washcloths Regular washcloths A book And I'm paying for half of her shower My ideas are: - A gift certificate for the baby to have her photos taken - A lot of little things that people forget (the gas drops, nail clippers, Orajel, more diaper rash cream, etc.) - Or, they have a two story house, so I'm thinking of making two baskets that have everyday things in them (bottles, diapers, creams, formula, bibs, etc.) so they can have one upstairs and one downstairs so that she doesn't have to run up and down the stairs all day. Do you think I should get her another gift? If so, which of my ideas do you think would be best? Thank you so much!

It sounds like you've done more than plenty, but I can understand wanting to buy more. I was pregnant when I attended 2 different baby showers and still managed to go overboard! I really like the gift certificate idea. Those first pictures are some of the most precious. You could also get her something like a gift card to somewhere with a list of commonly forgot items, that way if someone did get her a year's supply of diaper rash cream, you aren't just adding to that. You'd be suprised at how easy it is to get too much of one thing and none of another. The basket idea is also very cute and very creative, but you might be better off just buying the baskets and helping her assemble them herself. That way she can just fill them with things she got at the shower and you can help her purchase missing items. That way again, she doesn't have too much of one thing and not enough of another. Good luck and congrats on the upcoming neice!
