I'm making this as a part of a gift basket http://www.recipezaar.com/Caramel-Popcor… Would it still taste good two days after I make it? I'm also making cookies and freezing them so they stay fresh, could the popcorn be frozen with them? The cookies and popcorn with be placed inside plastic and tins, would that have any negative effect when I'm freezing them?

They would still be good without freezing them.Cookies would probably dry out and popcorn would get really sticky and gooey once they defrost.
