A dear friend of mine is starting university at Stellenbosch in a few days. I would like to send her some congratulatory flowers and a gift basket. The only problem is that I live in Austin, Texas. Does anyone know of an online florist that is reliable and will deliver to the University. Or have any other suggestions? thanks
