He wants each row of the garden to have the same number of each kind of plant. FIRST OF ALL I DONT UNDERSTAND PART ONE SO THAT WILL NOT BE IN THE ANSWER. Second part's answer is the gcf which is 3. then you have 5 quarters in a group, 10 dimes and 16 nickels and the total money is 3.05 dollars. 4. you take gcf of 9 and you get an unsimplifiable amount so NINE IS YOU ANSWER.
