how to eat thuringer/beef summer sausages?

i got a 'sparrer's thuringer summer sausage' and 'sparrer beef summer sausage' as part of a gift basket. how do i eat it? (do i fry it etc.)

slice thin, lay it on some nice bread and add some spicy brown mustard, a slice or 2 of your favorite cheese and you have a sandwich! It is also great with crackers, in a pasta salad with lots of veggies and diced sausage and cheese and Italian dressing. this stuff is fully cooked and very tasty. You can fry it though, which is also good.
