I really want to make cute christmas gifts this year for my friends. I was thinking of getting like a cute bin or basket and fill it with some cute things like soap and hair brushes and stuff.. what should I put in them (their for teen girls,)

i think your on the right track. a cute little basket of their favorite color or some thing with,like u said, soap etc. maybe a cute framed pciture of u 2, or movie tickets. candy, a small stuffed animal, new head phones, a burned cd of songs that remind u of her, maybe some bath salts and body spray, and gum! of course not all this stuff but if my friend did just a few things like that for me, id love it!
