one of my best friends is turning 13 and I am making her a gift basket of things she would like and then also personal things. We dance together just to let you know. So far i have a short video of her its cute and a cute stuffed animal nail polish and candy.... any one have any other ideas??

well you could get her a movie that she likes and you could put popcorn with it. or you could make her a picture fram and put a picture of you and her in it.
