I got a gift basket valued at $150 for a haircut, blow dry & style, spa mani/pedi and also received salon haircare products in the basket. I assume the cut is around 50, mani/pedi around 50 and the products were 50 (shampoo, conditioner, hand cream and hairspray). What should I tip for the service(s) and should I tip separately for the hair stylist and manicurist?
