so I want to get my brother some kind of men's gift basket for christmas. Do you know any stores that sell anything like that. Or anywhere that I can make my own.

I would do it myself. Buy a basket and then pick out things he loves. His favorite aftershave..Cd's, DVD's, food items, etc. That way you can customize it to him.
