ONLY 8TH GRADE TEACHERS!!!!! What would be the best end-of-the year gift from one of your students if you were to never teach them again? I'm leaving my school this year and need an end-of-the-year gift. My friend is filling one basket for each teacher who taught us with ALL SORTS OF THINGS. It's not fair becuase now, it gives me less options. I want my gift to stand out so she remembers me, as I will remember her for the rest of my life. Any ideas? Thanks to all who answer!

teachers REALLY charish heart felt letters. i think whatever you give him/her...you should include a letter telling them what they meant to you as a teacher. i have some of these, and on my worst days, i pull them out and they remind me why i'm teaching! what about something fun for the teacher? like...a beauty treatment if it's a lady. teachers rarely have extra money to spend on extras like manicures and pedicures. if that makes you uncomfortable...what about a really nice picture frame? or a basket with your teacher's favorite snacks? what about a coffee cup that you made at one of those 'paint your own pottery' places?
