I'm putting together a gift "basket" type thing with the theme of rain for a friend and am looking for some cute ideas. Little, cheap things would be best- e.g., rain flavored 5 gum.

cotton balls, or those one scrubby things that go in the shower... i dont know what they're called, but you could use those as a cloud.... i know there is a scent that is about rain, so you could get her a candle thats scented rain... lightening shaped cookies?
