I want to get my grandmother a gift basket for valentine's day but she's diabetic. I would hate it if she has to see all the goodies and unable to eat them.

How thoughtful of you! I wish I had a grandchild like you. Yes, it's hard for diabetics especially when you see all the tempting goodies in a gift basket. A sugar free diabetic gift basket is certainly a good way to convey your love and thoughtfulness for her. My mother is a diabetic. I know how hard it is.
