friend is in real estate and is trying to come up with a way to thank the clients for buying or selling a house. i suggested gift baskets with coffee mugs, and home items plus gift cards to places like home depot or lowes.. he could even already have the gift basket in the home after closing. we couldnt come up with anything for sellers... any ideas? any thoughts about the gift basket idea?
