Ok well i wanted to start a buisness for selling gift baskets. i was jjust wondering if i need a license.. and where can i get 1????

No, you would be considered a "sole proprietorship" in the law, and you don't have to do anything. If you wanted to get technical about it, you would have to register any trade name (I.E, Jan's Gift Baskets) you use with the secretary of state. BTW whoever says you need a license is completely wrong! I know this for a fact because I'm required to make sure any business owners are conforming to the law before I write them a loan.
