Does anyone know of a good website to get a Gift Basket for under $25? Or one where I can customize it? Like click and choose with items I would like to place in it? Doing a secret sister thing, and max we can spend on gifts is $25. Thanks!

http://www.gifttree.com/ has some for around 25, but with shipping etc you will be over. I would go Michaels and buy the basket and material and make my own.
