i have a small business online selling gift baskets. I want more traffic and advertising for it. I want more sales. What sites can offer lots of sells and lots of traffic to my website?

That does not exist. A site which sends lots of sales and traffic to your site. You can buy packages from the spammers that "guarantee" that you will get 5,000 visits. But they are worthless. You can try Craigslist. Ask a reporter for the local newspaper if she will interview you about your business. If that works, offer to go on the local tv station morning show at 6am to talk about running a business.
