A neighbor of ours has been diagnosed with leukemia and my brother and I would like to send her a gift basket filled with comforting and useful items. She is an older woman, so we want to send things that would be appropriate. Any ideas?

What helped us with treatment: Suduko Puzzles Funny books Volunteers weaved caps to keep head warm and gave to chemotherapy patients helped a lot Inspiring books on cancer survivors (Chicken Soup has good books out) Mints (sometimes they get dry mouth) You both are so kind to help, I wish more were like you two. Mom and dad raised some wonderful children. Blessings to both of you for your kind hearts.
