I really want to make a nice fall themed gift basket for a few of my neighbors but I'm kind of stuck in the creative department....I was thinking baked goods. But what is synonymous for fall? I was thinking jam, maybe pumpkin seeds. And some desserts....maybe breads. I don't know...HELP!! Recipes would be appreciated too!

-a baggie of salted pumpkin seeds with ribbon -chocolates? -some pumpkin muffins or carrot muffins -put some filler in the basket either than baked goods, like a little scarecrow or something -a pair of slipper socks for the cold weather coming near? -gift certificate -jam would be good, maybe not raspberry jam though, maybe something more seasonal like cranberry orange or something. -you could make cookies for desserts, or macaroons. sorry thats all i could think of, hope it helped! Just use lots of orange ribbons for that fall look!!
