Well of course I know what a gift basket is and how to make one. I wanted to make a small one for my friends but in a nice bag. What is a good way to make halloween gift bags without spending a fortune? usually candy around this time is cheap right? how can I make the actual bag myself?

You can take a couple of old holiday bags and put construction paper over the sides. Then do a bunch of cute drawings or put on some halloween stickers. Then write their names on the bags. Decorate it however you want. But if you put on the construction paper staple it or color on it befor you glue it. Hope that I helped!
