Are gift baskets really popular??? Or what other ideas are there for me. Anything small!! Low capital. Please.

It is a great idea. However no business will go anywhere without a game plan of how you are going to market them. Make samples and show them to friends and family and encourage them to tell who they know. Maybe have a "tupperware" party if you will. Contact different businesses that like to give items like this and get them your contact information. If you are a little internet savvy try to put up something on myspace.com I like giving the ones made by people rather then what is found in the store as it always looks better and is more unique.
