Friend was in accident and home now..gonna make gift basket and he likes to fish what kind of fish items would be good...already thought of goldfish and gummy worms, fishing mags can you think of anything else?

If he's somewhat under the weather still and needs lots of time in bed or resting, he might enjoy tying his own flies. I've never done it but if you go to one of the sporting goods stores (Gander Mountain, Cabella's, etc) and ask them what supplies are needed, I'm sure they would be helpful. I think it's mostly just an assortment of small hooks and some string and feathers. I would also search online for the directions for tying flies and print him out a copy to include in the basket, just in case he doesn't know how already.
