My friend's birthday is in May and I live in NYC. he lives in Cali. LA. He enjoys coffee very much but gift baskets online are soo so so expensive. I thought maybe I'd make one myself and send it to him. Do you think that would be even more expensive? would it arrive there in one piece or would it break?

Shouldnt be too expensive. If you go to the post office they'll show you different box sizes to choose from and the cost of sending it. Fed Ex would cost a little more. Put the basket in a box.Wrap anything breakable in bubble wrap and fill the box with some foam "peanuts". (wrap the basket in celophane before boxing if u don't want the peanuts in it.)
