A bunch of family members are coming from out of town to a wedding in November. I want to have some gift baskets at the hotel when they arrive. What should I put in the baskets? I'm thinking a map of the area, a few bottles of water, cookies/muffins, a thank you note for coming, and a list of phone numbers of family members.

For out of towners the map, water and food are great ideas as well as the thank you notes. However, you may want to include lists of places to visit while in the area and you may want to include a few little things like a travel toothbrush set, some razors things that people may forget. I would not put in a contact list people will be going nuts already. You don't need the extra headaches.
