thank you gift baskets?

i work for a home health i was in put in charge of making thank you gift baskets for the MDs and hmmm i dont what to put in them do u have any good ideas

gourmet coffee or tea, books, gift certificates for a restaurant or a car wash or maybe starbucks, cd's, movies, bottle of wine with cheese and crackers and maybe a good olive oil and pasta and a loaf of bagette, office desk supplies or paperweights, picture frames.
