Ideas so far are books (such as What to Expect When You're Expecting) and a foot massager.

Lotions & Bubble baths are good. I would also throw in maybe one of those Tide stain remover pens - they work wonders for spit up and other various spills, lol. Educational books are good too, but I would throw in a funny one - like Belly Laughs by Jenny Macarthy (spelling?), which is pretty humorous for a nervous pregnant woman. Also, maybe some homemade coupons for various things, such as a free night of babysitting or a free homecooked meal. Well, I hope I helped! :)
