where can a buy a basket for gift making?

for mothers day im going to put together a gift basket full of really great stuff. but i dont know what stores sells baskets. it has to be pretty cheap too. no more than like 12 dollars. does target or walmart?...idk

Both Target and Wal-Mart sell baskets. The Dollar Tree sells baskets. The baskets I like best are sold at Pier 1.
