Home-made gift basket?

I want to make my mom a gift basket for christmas. My budget would be no more then $150. I'm having trouble finding a basket or some type of container to use. I love the ones that come with pre-made gift baskets...where can I find ones like those? Any links? Also I'm not 100% sure what to put in it...I dont want like a theme but like different items...I know her favorite tea but I'm not sure what else...I'm starting early this year.

You can use anything as a "basket". Find a theme, that helps sometimes. I try to put thing in the basket that will actually be used. You can do it for well under the amount you have allotted. Go to Michael's or a fabric store to find some nice containers. You can use bronze type planters, little galvanized buckets, or a basket. Disposable cameras and those little brag book albums are nice to include. Trail mix, nice paper plates and matching napkins. A gift card, bottle of her favorite beverage(wine?) couple of pretty glasses to go with the beverage. If she likes tea, get her an assortment of tea and a pretty cup and saucer to drink it from, or a pretty tea pot. Small box of crackers and process cheese spreads, summer sausage, a book by her favorite author. Get some shrink wrap at the craft store and tape it under the "basket", shrink it with your hair blower...very professional look.
