im making a gift basket for my best friends birthday (she is turning 17), but i dont have TOO much money to spend. what are some cute things I could put in it to make a really cool gift? remember, not too expensive as i would like the basket to be full.

at claire's you can find cheap jewelry & nick nack things. you can go to your local dollar store and find all kinds of interesting things. target also has a dollar section with all kinds of stuff. get things that remind you of your friendship. you can also put in food (baked goods) or handmade things (jewelry). and perhaps you could put in one big "splurge" item.
