What are some good HoLiDaY snacks to package 4 christmastime?

I have to make mine this yr. and want to make goodie eats gift baskets. not only 2 save $,but mostly because I've found many companies not reliable anymore.[or perhaps the post office that is--too much theft :-(

mini fruit cakes, any type of cookies (p.butter & chocochip are favs), muffins, peanut brittle, homemade chocolate truffles, even savory tidbits, like homemade cheese sticks (you know bread sticks with cheese flavor)... Oh, and not to forget the brownies.. those are everyones favorites
