I don't know what to get my great-aunt. I don't want to get her any framed pictures of family as she won't remember them, or it might upset her. She has plenty of material things and doesn't really need anything. I thought about making her a gift basket full of food, but her diet is restricted. Any good ideas as to what to get her this Christmas?

how about some crossworks puzzles or word searches. Those are supposed to be good for keeping your mind active. Food is a good choice to if you can find out what she likes and can have.
