She is turning 13. I want to get her something really special, a gift basket or something would be nice, but of what? She loves music, and animals, we're both vegetarians. I guess she's kind of into fashion and clothes. I can't throw her a party or anything because she is already planning one. Any suggestions???

You can get her an ITunes card and a best friend 'gift' maybe a photo frame - halmark, walmart and target do great friends gifts. You can say everything with the card. You could find a wonderful card that says all it needs to say. You are a good friend. Have fun
