I put it in a gift basket along with several other foods (but of course nothing like meat or fish, rather crackers and cheese) It's been out for almost two days, will it be... okay? (for tomorrow)

yes, it's already mouldy. I'ts blue cheese and tastes better when room temp anyway, seriosuly I come from Cheddar in UKm and they make blue cheeses there as part of teh school curriculum, every pub has blue cheese of its' own. You're fine. PS It is really good on toast- cheese on toast with blue cheese ( under the brouiler flame). Love it.
