I wanted some gift ideas for my friend's 17th birthday. I wanted to get her some piece of clothing for fall/winter. I was thinking of getting her a cute cardigan, sweater or maybe a jacket. I don't want to buy her jeans, shoes, or jewellery. What should I get her. If I can't make up my mind, my Plan B is to get her a basket and fill it with a book, items involving bath & body stuff, lip gloss, nail polish, candy etc. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I like your plan B. But if you are really wanting to get your friend clothes, why not take her shopping and have her pick out something that you both like. Good Luck!!
