Okay; so one of my very best friend's birthday was today. WHOOPS:/ I wanna make her a cute little gift basket with item she'd like in it. Any ideas? She is inlove with neon colors, art's & crafts's, cute hair accessories.... etc. Help please. :D

get a fair sized basket and fill it with beauty items such as makeup, neon nail polish, accessories, perfumes, lotions and maybe even candles. you can also put in things such as face masks. put in her favorite candies, and even a book related to her favorite genre in there, or if she is more of the music type you can buy her a cd. that would make it like a complete fun basket.
