Ok first of all, kudos for the idea! I do this and people love it. Needed: White chocolate and regular chocolate bark Small pretzel twists Ritz crackers with peanut butter between them - like little sandwiches, I know you can buy these but make your own, it's lots cheaper. White plastic spoons Hot cocoa envelopes Mini marshmallows Bag of Heath candy bits - in baking aisle beside chocolate chips. Wax paper and plenty of counter space and or large trays Ok After you get all these things at Wal-Mart, 1. fix the ritz peanut butter crackers 2. put a cocoa envelope in a little zip top bag with a handful of marshmallows 3. put wax paper on table, counters or trays - tape it down with a little tape on the edges 4. use a double boiler or a small pot with a glass bowl sitting on top of it. If you use a pot and bowl, put about two inches of water in the pot, bring to a simmer, turn stove down and set bowl on top. make sure bowl is DRY. Put in your chocolate bark pieces and stir until completely melted 5. When chocolate bark is melted, dip the plastic spoons ( up to where the handle begins) and lay them on wax paper to dry 6. with a fork, dip half your pretzels and lay them on seperate sheet of wax paper to dry 7. Melt the white chocolate in another pan and bowl. Carefully dip the ritz crackers and the other half of your pretzels. LEt everything dry. 8. When white and chocolate pretzels are dry, peel them off wax paper and mix them together in a single layer on wax paper. Take your melted chocolates and drizzle over them, while this is wet, sprinkle with HEath pieces. 9. Drizzle your dry spoons with white chocolate, let dry 10. Make baskets that have *choco-dipped pretzels *cocoa kits with choco dipped spoons *white choc covered ritz pb crackers * pretzels with heath and both chocolates You use the spoons to stir your cocoa mix and your little marshmallows, As you stir, the chocolate melts off the spoon and into your cocoa making it delicious!!! Hope I helped you. I do this every year and everyone loves it. I can usually make a basket for 5 different families for less than 20.00. Buy everything at wal mart. Merry Christmas!!
