I run a gift basket business, and I have customers that would like me to design a basket for a co-worker. The co-worker is leaving the company and moving to Georgia..so they wanted a sort of Congradulations, Good Bye and Good Luck basket..they also wanted to incorporate Georgia into it somehow..so I was thinking peach scented candles or bath bubbles. Anyone have any ideas?

Looking at your question my first instinct was to look up Georgia's state flower (which is the Cherokee rose). Naturally if that is a flower you could find, that would be a good first step. I would go and find out a bunch of fun facts about the state to help you better figure out what else to add.
