Has anyone gotten an invitation to a "Welcoming baby show" in the mail and actually attended it? The invitation says you will get a gift basket worth $129 and I was just wondering if this was true. I figure they are trying to sell me something but I wondered if the gift was worth the sales pitch.

My husband and I went to something similar to that. We sat through an hour presentation of them trying to sell us a $2000 crib. Our "gift basket" was a bunch of coupons to their products or to things you would never buy.
