Hello World , I'm Adis, I own the http://www.adis-alic.info , I can't seem to get a lot of users to my forum, I don't want to spend a lot of money on advertising since I'm giving $1,500 cash on the end of year and I don't want to spend much more. That $1,500 prize also includes free software and gift basket.. You can't simply put up a website and HOPE that people show up. There are literally millions of websites. You're going to have to find ways to promote it ... pay for advertising, buy opt-in mailing lists and send out email promotiosn, etc. Or, you'll have to become part of a larger community (like Ebay) search engine.
