a baby gift to my ex for his new baby on the way? should i bother? My daughter is 6 and apparently she's going to have another sibling. I had a baby back in march and his family did send me a baby basket (his mother and sisters) I don't know know for sure how far along his fiance is but she has to be at least around 8 months by now. she's a nice lady and all. i just don't want my ex to take it in the wrong way, I do speak to him every know and then on the phone but not often, we live on opposite sides of the country east coast - west coast and it's far. i see him about 3x a year in person oh and by the way, my ex and i were never married, we only dated opinions?

I see nothing wrong with that, I would just address the card from your daughter if it makes you feel better! I just wouldn't address it strictly to the ex.
